Learning outcomes
During the seminar, students will have the opportunity to jointly discuss the specifics of the process and activities carried out in their practice in individual selected facilities or organizations. Together, we will reflect on their experiences, analyze the procedures of the facility/organization's employees and the procedures of the students, and we will devote ourselves to a better connection of practice and theory using specific examples. Part of the seminar will be a demonstration of supervision work with case studies of students that they will bring from practice.
