|
Consulting practice is focused on gaining one's own practical experience in the form of assistance in various consulting-type activities. Is it implemented in institutions and facilities in which the target group is relevant from the point of view of the student's study profile? these are preschools or special education centers. In the form of assistance with small tasks under the guidance of a teacher or practice instructor, the student's prior preparation and then their own implementation with subsequent evaluation are assumed. Everything is stored in the form of notes in the student's personal portfolio as a basis for the final seminar for assistant practice. The practice should give the student experience in dealing with clients, the form and management of consulting activities, the formulation of conclusions for writing in the client's materials. This also includes a deeper knowledge and understanding of the organization of work at a specific workplace, the managerial approach of management and inter-institutional cooperation.
