The aim of the course is to gain initial practical experience in the field of group form of expressive therapies, namely with art, music, drama and dance/movement means. Attention will be paid to the formation of the group, its cohesion and dynamics, the creation of rules for group work, familiarizing the participants with the goals and means of practical and self-experience oriented work. Emphasis will be placed on self-reflective experience - individual activities will be framed by verbal sharing of the participants in the group, as well as theoretical explanation and clarification of the processes that took place within the self-experience work.
