Learning outcomes
|
Aims: The subject Production of teaching aids for pupils with SEN is oriented towards practical competences and one of the important skills in the field of work of a teaching assistant. The subject is aimed at supporting the creativity and creative potential of the student. Every teaching assistant working with pupils with SEN should be able to be creative in basic terms and, if necessary, be able to create the necessary educational aids to support the education of a pupil with SEN. During the course, students will try to create aids for various types of SEN. Topics: - Introduction to the issue of aids for pupils with SEN. - Creation and use of aids for pupils with movement disorders. - Creation and use of aids for pupils with autism spectrum disorders. - Creation and use of aids for pupils with specific developmental learning disabilities. - Creation and use of aids for pupils with mental disabilities. - Creation and use of aids for students with visual impairments. - Creation and use of aids for students with hearing impairments. - Creation and use of aids for students with impaired communication skills.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
