Learning outcomes
Objectives: Introduce dramatherapy as one of the expressive therapeutically-formative approaches, using the possibilities and means of dramaturgical art to work with different groups of people. Topics: The theoretical basis of the interdisciplinary field - delimitation, terminology, propedeutics and specifics of work in the context of selected target groups of persons. The methodological part is focused on the specific possibilities of using drama in a wide range of social services. Emphasis will be put on the personality / social growth of the client / clients. During the meeting the topics will be solved - creativity, role, improvisation, rituals, group dynamics, dramatization, work with props, general and specific goals of dramatherapy, special features of dramatherapeutic approach in the context of selected groups in social pedagogical practice. Upon completion of the course students should be able to: Define the basic characteristics of dramatherapy and distinguish it from other expressive resp. psychotherapeutic approaches. Know the basic means of work that are most often used in the context of dramatherapy when working with different clients. Continue to develop your own creativity and ability to apply acquired knowledge and experience in the context of social pedagogical practice.
