The discipline treats the system and functioning of the counselling.

Learning outcomes
Modern trends in the field of education and development of individuals with special needs. Increasing the professional competencies of special educators by focusing on technical compensatory aids and assistive technologies in the context of specific disabilities. Explanation of basic aspects of e-Accessibility and e-Inclusion. The student will be able to: ? describe modern trends in the field of education and development of people with special needs. ? describe the professional competencies of special educators with a focus on ICT, ? describe technical compensatory aids and assistive technologies in the context of specific disabilities ? explain the basic aspects of e-Accessibility and e-Inclusion. Teaching theses: ? Introduction to ICT and assistive technologies. ? e-Accessibility and e-Inclusion of people with special needs. ? Digital barriers. ? Specifics of the use of information and communication technologies in educational processes for people with specific needs. ? Use of the Internet and communication of people with special needs. ? Distance education for people with special needs. ? Accessibility of electronic documents.
The outcomes of the subject are based on partial profile of the subject`s absolvent.
