| Course content |
|
As part of the seminar, the student will learn about new options for prescribing physical activities in the framework of disease prevention, with a focus on cycling. As part of the practical training, he will go through the training of the prescription of the FITT system (prescription of physical activities) and will also learn about the basics of cycling.

Expand knowledge about the possibilities of practical teaching of physical activities in primary and secondary prevention of non-infectious diseases with a focus on new physical activities.
