A visit to a medical facility dedicated to speleotherapy, combined with an expert explanation of pathophysiological mechanisms and a practical demonstration of therapy options.

Speleotherapy has become an integral part of the treatment of civilization diseases, especially lung diseases and immune disorders. The aim of the subject is a basic familiarization with the issue of speleotherapy, its effects, possibilities of use in various diseases.
After completing the course, the student will be introduced to the basic physiological and pathophysiological mechanisms of speleotherapy and the possibilities of its use in the Czech Republic. |
