Course content
Acquaintance with current findings on the prevention of risk factors of civilization diseases in the form of interactive seminars and practical implementation of primary prevention in exercises. The basic topics are sleep, circadian rhythms, physical activity, strengthening, diet including new approaches, influencing stress including relaxation, addiction problems not only to tobacco.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is the practical implementation of primary prevention in practice. Based on the outputs of the 5S preventive project, the teaching is devoted to a practical approach to influencing the basic risk factors of civilization diseases: sleep, diet, physical activity, stress and addictions.
After graduation the student will know the latest findings in the primary prevention of civilization diseases and will be able to apply them practically.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the pathophysiology and epidemiology of civilization diseases.
