Obsah předmětu

Knowledge of theoretical principles of exercise physiology and pathophysiology (methods, indications, contraindications and interpretation of functional exercise test - exercise electrocardiography, spiroergometry, hand grip test, frequency analysis, out-patient 24-hour monitoring of BP and ECG) including risks sof possible complications, and knowledge of clinical application of results. The student should examine a patient with respect to detection of the most common functional disorders of motor systém (muscle dysbalance, hypermobility) and be familiar with possible compensation of these disorders. Practical skills in antidoping fighting. To prescribe a dietary regiment in athlets. Basic principles of balneotherapy.

Knowledge of theoretical principles of exercise physiology and pathophysiology including risks of possible complications, and knowledge of clinical application of results. The student should examine a patient with respect to detection of the most common functional disorders of motion and cardiovascular system and be familiar with possible compensation of these disorders. Student becomes familiar with basic principles of prescription of exercise in significant and common diagnosis and realizes connection among other clinical fields. Student becomes more familiar with the basic principles of healthy nutrition and antidoping rules. The part of this lessons is to familiarize with the scientific principles of spa medicine including the practical indication of this therapy.

Známkou, Ústní zkouška
Účast na seminářích a praktických cvičeních. Po každém semináři zkouška praktických dovedností, závěrečný test a kazuistiky jsou praktickým hodnocením vyšetření sportovce.
