1.Introduction to traumatology, patient examination, examination methods, assessment of X-ray, CT. 2.Types of movement system injuries, tendons and ligaments. 3.Conservative and surgical treatment of fractures, application of compression and plaster bandage. 4.Methods of temporary immobilization and extension. 5.Chest injury, assembling chest puncture set. 6.Injury of spine and pelvis. 7.Injury of shoulder girdle, humerus, elbow, forearms, wrists and hands. 8.Injury of hip, femur, knee, shin, hock and leg. 9.Polytraumas, ensuring vital functions in injured person. 10.Child fractures and their specifics. 11.Postoperative care and physiotherapy, complications.

Traumatology of movement system is a theoretical and practical subject. The course is to provide knowledge and skills of general and special traumatology suitable for the professional activity of physiotherapist.
The student will get acquainted with basic diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities of modern traumatology.
