Course content
|
During the lessons students learn diagnostic and practices in the treatment of acute conditions at the dental emergency servise in the premises of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The theoretical knowledges and practical skills will be supervised by doctors and lecturers of Institute of Dentistry and Oral sciences and Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Learning outcomes
|
Theoretical and practical introduction in to the diagnostic procedures and practical achievements in the treatment of acute conditions on the dental emergency service.
Students will become familiar with the spectrum of performance provided in emergency care system and their payment. They learn how to practically do the patient treatment at the medical emergency service.

Prerequisites
|
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of previous subjects - Pre-Clinical Dentistry 1, PreClinical Dentistry 2, Preventive Dentistry and Cariology 1, Preventice dentistry and Cariology 2, Normal Anatomy of the Head and Neck, Dental Radiology, Endodontics.
