Course content
|
The basis the course will be the analysis of the anatomical structures of the incisors in the photographs, focusing on the enamel ridges, shape of the dentinal core and recognizing the individual effects present on the surface of the tooth. This knowledge will then be used to modeling the various shapes and types of the upper incisors.

Learning outcomes
|
Practicing the process of the total reconstruction of the crown of the upper central incisor. Modeling of different types of effects on the dentin core and the incisal edges.
Student acquires the knowledge of the internal and external anatomy of the incisors and learns to reproduce it during the reconstructions using the composite resin.

Prerequisites
|
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of previous subjects - Pre-Clinical Dentistry 1, PreClinical Dentistry 2, Preventive Dentistry and Cariology 1, Preventice dentistry and Cariology 2, Normal Anatomy of the Head and Neck, Dental Radiology, Endodontics.
