Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to acquaint students with fundamental knowledge of private law, from a theoretical and practical point of view, with emphasis on aspects related to public administration. In the first semester of this course will focus on the foundations of private law, the definition of entities, property law, family law, also outlined the development of private law.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.

Completion of this subject is conditional upon successful completion of the subject called 'Introduction to the Private Law 1'

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Mark
In order to get the credit it is essential that the students should attend the seminars, complete the tasks assigned by the seminar leader and pass/be successful at the written test. Those students who would like to take the oral exam must first get the credit.
