Learning outcomes
|
The final examination consists solely of an oral exam on the topic of Legal Foundations of Sustainability, in which students demonstrate and connect the competencies developed in the courses Mechanisms of Legal Regulation, General Administrative Law 1 and 2, Procedural Administrative Law, Constitutional Framework of Sustainability, Fundamentals of Environmental Law 1 and 2, Financial and Legal Instruments of Sustainability 1 and 2, Legal Framework of a Sustainable Economy, and Law and Climate Change 1 and 2.
Completion of this course is a prerequisite for passing the final state examination and for completing the Law and sustainability.
