Ownership in the socialistic law 2 5. Personal use and other relations of possession 6. Law of obligations in socialistic law. Services 7. Other/ special obligations 8. Economic law I socialistic law, Economic law code and its systematic 9. Subjects of economic law relations 10. Economic law obligations and their special character 11. Economic arbitration 12. Statute of international business

Learning outcomes
In this course the students will be apprised with the newest period of the history of the private law (1950-1989) concretely in the fields where legal regulation after the year 1989 came through the most important changes. In particular it will cover topics of civil and economic law, which was completely substituted by the new business law. Good knowledge of this problematic is necessary for contemporary legal practice because this old regulation may be used inter-temporarily also today. The main accent is given to the understanding and interconnection of that legal institutes which do not form a part of nowaday´s legal regulation.
Students who have completed this course will gain general knowledge and skills to use, interpret ad understand the legal institutes from the field of socialistic civil and economic law, mainly that which are not included in contemporary law but are still used in practice.
