Course content
Seminar Topics: Contract of association. Contract of transportation and transport regulation. Contract for carriage of goods according to Commercial Code. Contract of travelling I. Contract of travelling II. Contract of bailment. Public promise and public competition. Contract to control and supervise. Contract of dispatch Contract for the operation of a transport vehicle. Dormant partnership contract. Letter of credit Deposits.

Learning outcomes
This course will focus on detailed features of contract law in the field of private and also commercial law with special emphasis on particular types of Private law contracts.
Students who have completed this course will gain the detailed knowledge of the problematic of Law of Contracts in the field of civil and also commercial law. Beyond this additional knowledge they will gain the detailed information about types of contracts, which were not covered by the general civil law courses.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in colloquium.
