(11) Law of patents, utility designs and innovations (12) Trademark Law (13) Law on Geographical Indications and Traditional Names and Expressions

Learning outcomes
Main part of this course focuses on the single European context of intellectual property law. After general part, the course will cover problems of enforcement of intellectual property rights in the civil but also administrative litigation. Other part focuses on detailed definition of concrete types of intellectual and industrial property rights. Important part of the course will offer the evaluation of relevant case-law.
The aim of course is to offer an overview of the intellectual property law in order to provide students with knowledge of this branch of law but also to gain ability to raise the claims which follows from it.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

It is essential that those students who would like to get pass the course must have active participation within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in written exam.
