" General questions of private corporate law " Civil Corporations in the system of legal regulation of legal persons and corporate law separately " Principles and history of civil corporations, their types and public registers; comparison with business corporations " Protection of member rights " Legal regulation of associations, principles and related obligations of members " Legal regulation of unit- owners association, principles and related member obligations

Learning outcomes |
Association law is thematically linked to compulsory subjects Corporate Law 1 and 2 as well as the optional subject Corporate Finance. Attention is paid to private status of civil corporations, as well as obligations of members. On the basis of the comparative method substantial attention is paid to each type of civil corporations, eg. associations, churches and religious communities, political parties etc., as well as their legal history and international context, all this also in the context of private law regulation of legal persons. Special educational emphasis is put on associations and association of unit-owners. IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/23: LECTURES IN 2 BLOCKS, ON 11.11.2022 AND 25.11.2022 !!!
