Learning outcomes
|
This course follows the first part of Introduction to the Private law. Its centre point lies in the evaluation of legal institutions common to whole private law system. These institutions are regulated mainly in the general part of the Civil Code. These are mainly artificial persons, relevant private law legal facts (legal act, time, limitation of time), legal representation, enterpriser. The unavoidable part of the course is work with the relevant case-law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will extend their the knowledge of the topics and general legal institutions common to whole Private law and gain useful information important for study of other special private law subjects.

Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the Introduction to the Private Law 1.

It is essential that those students who would like to get the credit must have active participation within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the exam.
