Learning outcomes
|
The second semester of corporation law is focused on acquiring basic knowledge and skills from capital corporations (public limited company, limited liability company), cooperative and supranational corporations. Then on mastering basic context - especially securities law and capital markets, corporations, transformations of corporations and insolvency. Innovation of the course was supported by the project Promoting interdisciplinary studies and innovation of study subjects at Palacky University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07 / 2 Feb. 00 / 28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge of the regularization and the current judicature of a incorporated company, European forms of commercial partnerships and cooperative.

Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the previous course.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Mark
General: The student is required to actively participate in at least 2x the seminar, namely in the group in which it is written. Changes between groups are not allowed. Active participation is a separate preparation of the examples provided in advance, as well as processing new initiative to enter the seminars themselves. Credit (zápočet): Writing up the outlet as required by the teacher (and it is possible that the required output via the portal EDIS.upol.cz) Examination (zkouška): Written, through the written test on application skills on area summarizing the entire law of business corporations (ie the courses NOK2 and NOK1). Time scope of final exam will not exceed 120 min. Student is allowed to use texts of laws (but in hard copy only). It is possible that the required processing through the computer portal EDIS.upol.cz The student is required to work with study support to the subject after the disclosure of the e-learning environment EDIS (edis.upol.cz).
