Seminar Topics: Particular types of tenancy and their differences, systematic and nature of the legal regulation of the tenancy. Lease agreement (form, mandatory features) The fashion of rented thing, special regulation of imperfect performance Changes on rented thing, investments to the rented thing The content of the right of use of the rented thing, lease and tenement of real property. Rent Common rent, common rent of the flat. Termination of the lease Residential substitutes Exchange of the residence, succession of the residential lease. Sublease

Learning outcomes
|
Optional course Law of Lease follows the compulsory course contract law. It develops and extends the general knowledge. Emphasis is given to detailed analysis of this legal institution with the accent on the problems of the residential tenants. Unavoidable part of the course is work with the relevant case-law.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to correct understanding and application of the institutions of the law of lease and to cross-over the problematic features of it.

Seminar Work
It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have active participation within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the colloquium.
