Course content
Seminar Topics: Introduction to the topic of Land register - its object and content. The history of Land register. Land register data, stabile and parcel register. Digitalization and analysis of the cadastral maps. System of information. Organization and management of the Land register.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with elementary knowledge about history of Land Register, the ways of documentation, digitalization and analysis of cadastral maps and creation of Information systems. The accent is given to exercise of space imagination/visualization and own work of the students.
Students who absolve this course will deeper their general knowledge in the field of real estate law and additionally gain the skills needed for precise individual work with the Land Register and for avoidance of future mistakes.
Prerequisites
Completion of this course is not conditional upon completion of some other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have active participation within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the colloquium.
