Course content
1. Execution proceedings - the position of executor in execution proceedings, the prerequisites for the executor 2. Execution proceedings - writ of execution 3. Execution proceedings - decisions issued by executor 4. Execution management - postponement and suspension of execution, defense and protection of the debtor and third parties 5. Execution proceedings - ways of execution performance 6. Execution proceedings - ways of execution performance

Learning outcomes
This course is taught by a judicial executor and is aimed mainly at deepening the knowledge on the execution proceedings and daily work of an executor.
Extension of the knowledge gained from the course civil procedure, further information on the practical aspects of law enforcement and the daily work of executor
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses.

Student performance

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the colloquium.
