Learning outcomes
|
Upon graduation, the student will be proficient in business and corporate law at a basic theoretical and applied level. The student will have knowledge of partnerships, limited liability companies, cooperatives and, last but not least, supranational business corporations, concern law and business corporation conversions.

Mark, Written exam, Written exam
Credit (Zápočet): Successful completion of a written test processed through the UP portal (Moodle). Test includes the content of course MOK1. Exam: Successful completion of a written test processed through the UP portal (Moodle). Exam test includes the content of both courses (MOK1 & MOK2). Both tests are of theoretical-application nature. Mandatory participation in seminars within the scope specified by the teacher.
