Learning outcomes
|
Foundation law and Trusts relates with compulsory subjects Introduction to the Private Law 1 and 2. At the same time it represents the opposite to the content of the courses Corporate Law 1 and 2, Association Law and Corporate Finance. The substance of this course is civil status of funding, as well as allied obligations (Obligation Law). On the basis of the comparative method the attention is paid to particular types of foundations (foundations and endowment funds). Another part of the course is devoted to unincorporated funds, ie. trusts. Educational attention is focused on the management of foreign assets, including due diligence etc., all this in the context of private law of legal persons, as well as real rights and obligation law.

To provide extensional legal information on the foundation in the Framework of the legal persons and of the trustes.
