Doctoral State Exam The state final exam (state doctoral exam) within the study programme verifies the acquired theoretical knowledge of the student and his/her ability to connect the acquired knowledge, think about it in context and apply it. The examination provides the verification of acquired knowledge in the field of philosophical and methodological foundations of law and also within the specialization chosen by the student, i.e. within this specialization in the field of private law.
