Learning outcomes
The course is part of the third pillar of the study programme developing the student's professional skills and general abilities; a secondary goal is also the strengthening of knowledge, as a deep structured knowledge of the subject is a prerequisite for the knowledge to be communicated in a comprehensible way. The course builds on the Pedagogical Propedeutics in the first year of study. It is designed as a four-semester course and is intended for students specializing in Private Law. During the first semester of the course, the student is required to participate first passively in lectures and seminars determined by the lecturer. Then, in cooperation with the lecturer, a topic is selected within which the student is to profile his/her pedagogical skills and the student is required to prepare materials to present to his/her lecturer. In order to successfully complete the course, the student is required, under the guidance of the lecturer, to actively teach a minimum number of hours of seminar classes, depending on the chosen form of study.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.
Prerequisites
