Learning outcomes
Students are introduced to the general effects of ionizing radiation. They will gain knowledge sufficient to understand the technique of ionizing radiation therapy as well as the utilization of ionizing and nonionizing radiation effects to treat both malignant and non-malignant diseases.
Students will know the effect of ionizing radiation on the cell, tissue, organ and organism.
