Course content

Management and work distribution in the outpatient department of a clinic of nuclear medicine. Independent static scintigraphy. Dynamic scintigraphy under supervision. Performing SPECT, SPECT/CT and PET/CT examinations. Summary of theoretical background and practical skills. Revision before the final state examination.

|
The aim is to manage and organise work in the outpatient department of a clinic of nuclear medicine. Educating the patient: preparation for an examination, the course of the examination. Independent static scintigraphy, dynamic scintigraphy under supervision, SPECT, SPECT/CT and PET/CT examinations.
Under a professional supervision students perform dynamic scintigraphy, SPECT and PET/CT including the preparation of the instrumentarium.
