|
Non-verbal techniques as a part of a midwife' s practice. Non-verbal communication. Voice-therapy. Receptive music therapy. Music therapy and stress management- emphasis on puerperium. Relaxation techniques.Working with musical instruments. The basics of movement therapy.

Learning outcomes
|
Music therapy broadens the awareness of students about the alternative methods in in the care of clients using non verbal communication means and relaxation techniques.
Students will know the techniques of music therapy with different target groups, nonverbal and relax techniques.
