Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn to apply in terms of clinical health care workplaces theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired theoretical study of theoretical and practical study disciplines in theoretical and practical classrooms. During the practical training they learn independence, responsibility, communication with the client / patient, clinical staff work and learn to work in a team.
Students will be able to: identify individual bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of the clients; develop long and short term nursing care plans and daily records; work with documentation on the jobsite; empathically access client and her entourage. They learn to work in teams, communicate with the patient / client and other team personnel in the department. Students will provide care in midwifery based on Evidence Based Midwifery

Prerequisites
|
Theoretical knowledge of basic nursing skills and performance, knowledge of the principles and individual stages of the process of care in midwifery and zanalost basic nursing care.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Analysis of Activities ( Technical works), Dialog, Seminar Work
Submission of completed forms and portfolio assessment relating to the practice. Supplementing list of nursing diagnoses according to the principles of the Alliance 3N (Nanda International Nursing outcomes classification, Nursing intervention classification). Demonstrating the theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the practice in individual departments. Furthermore, students submit a supplement document relating to the issues of pharmacotherapy for each department.
