- definition, meaning and general objectives of monitoring - basic Physical Examination, Examination Methods, Analysis of Patient Health Details - ways of monitoring the respiratory system (respiratory rate monitoring, pulse oximetry, capnometer, blood gas and acid-base balance, monitoring during artificial ventilation, other monitoring options) - cardiovascular monitoring options, blood pressure monitoring, P / pulse, ECG / electrocardiography, hemodynamic monitoring, blood circulation, vascular monitoring) - ways of monitoring central nervous system (evaluation of quality and quantity of consciousness, depth of analgosedation), use of evaluation methodologies and scales - special monitoring techniques (abdominal pressure, gastric tonometry, TT / body temperature / and other) - basic and complementary examination, collection of biological material - indications for examination, types of biological material taken - proper procedure for collection and handling of biological material taken - physiological values of individual examinations - basics of electrocardiographic examination (ECG) - curve analysis, reflection of individual cardiac arrhythmias on the ECG record - examination methods (distribution) - examination methods in gynaecology and obstetrics "

Learning outcomes of the course unit: The course will provide students with knowledge and practical skills in the field of comprehensive assessment of individual health through basic methods of physical examination, resolution of subjective and objective symptomatology, interpretation of laboratory diagnostics and basic investigation procedures.
