- Attention - assessment and methods of training - Memory - diagnostic and training - Executive functions - diagnostic and training, characters in psychopatology forms - Language abilities - diagnostic and training - Visuospacial functions - diagnostic and training - Computer assisted rehabilitation - specific software for rehabilitation - Neurofeedback - training - Batteries for cognition training - sets for patients with Alzheimer disease, training baterie for schizophrenic patients

Learning outcomes
Course is focused od Neuropsychological rehabilitation of cognitive functions, supporting methods to enhance cognitive potential. Main topics are attention, memory, executive functions, language functions, visuospacial functions. This area represent important topic of applied clinical neuropsychology in adults with neurological disorders (eg. epilepsy), patients after brain damage, patients with syndrom dementia, patients with schizophrenia, childrens with ADHD and mental retardation. Main aim of this subject is to prepare students for application of methods of cognitive training, demonstrate practical examples of training.
Student is oriented in problematic of cognitive rehabilitation. Student is able to prepare plan for rehabilitation of cognitive functions. Student is familiar with training methods of rehabilitation of cognitive functions.
Prerequisites
Students of magister psychology program.

- Participation with regards of minimal standards for students of psychology FF UP - Active participation, practical training - Paper about own plan of rehabilitation training of selected cognitive function - Presentation of paper to collegues
