Contents: - Basic concepts and relations in teamwork and working groups -the most important terminology and relationships principles of team-work, defining the team to a group, the operation patterns Team -management styles of groups and teams conflict-resolution process in a team / group, individual strategies Solutions -basic principles of management meetings, mediation teambuilding and problem-the individual activities - Psychodiagnostic methods in the context of teamwork
