Learning outcomes |
The aim of this subject is to teach the students the particular processes of Human Resources Management (further HR). This subject follows the subject HR1 and presents the sudents with other specific areas. The students will achieve the knowledge through practising various methods of HR, solving case studies, making presentations and group discussions.

Successful passing HR 1 Credit test: Demonstration of practical application of a chosen topic (evaluation system, talent management, etc.). Presentation in front of a group. Following feedback. Exam: Written knowledge test based on HR 1 and HR 2 with the minimum limit of 80% |
