1. Work psychology - past, present, future, methods and statistics 2. Individual differences and assessment 3. Job analysis and performance 4. Performance measurement 5. Motivation to work and attitudes towards work 6. Staffing decisions - recruitment, personnel selection 7. Training and development

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training)
  • Attendace - 30 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 20 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 25 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Concept, structure, basic problems of psychology of work, the proportion of human resource work psychology, social psychology, engineering psychology.
Students will gain theoretical knowledge - the default paradigm of work psychology.
