Course content
The research activity has three forms: grant activities, active participation at the conference and publication activities. Grant activities are estimated with credits according to the type of grant and depending on whether the student is principal investigator or coinvestigator. The student can receive a maximum of 20 credits. An active participation at the conference has graded credits by the type of conference, also depending on whether the student has an oral presentation or poster and whether he/she is the principal author or co-author. The student receives a minimum of 20 credits. Publication activity is assessed with credits depending on the type of publication and whether the student is the main author or co-author.   • Preparation for the Course Credit - 1500 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Obtain experience in the area of science and research. Acquire the skills to prepare and present contribution at the professional event, publish an article in press, participate in grant projects.
- The student will acquire the skill to prepare and present a contribution at professional event (oral communication or poster). - The student will acquire the skill to prepare an article for the scientific journal, proceedings, script or a book in such a quality that the contribution can be published. - The student will gain an experience with the preparation, organization and implementation of a research grant or other project (optional form of VVA).
Prerequisites
- master degree in psychology - admission to a doctoral program (internal or combined)

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Analysis of Creative works (Music, Pictorial,Literary), Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio

An active participation in the conference and publication activities are compulsory form of VVA. Credits for the grant activity can be substituted by other forms of VVA. Only the implemented grant projects are included. The students is required to submit relevant documents (articles, conference program etc.).
