Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is for students to be able to clarify the principles and factors influencing adult education and learning in various contexts at the national and international level. To present a comprehensive view of the issue of quality and effectiveness of adult education in the broader context of social reality and within the quality of specific instruction. To analyze, in a more detailed way, a selected aspect of adult education (depending on the dissertation thesis) in various contexts and contexts of adult education and to support it and to evaluate it critically.
Knowledge of contemporary concepts, their educational and psychological aspects in training, learning and teaching Knowledge of the status and position of the teachers, the content of the work, role in managing the class, school and educational system
Prerequisites
-completed MA psychology -admission to doctoral degree in internal or combined form The course focuses on students´ ability to think critically about topics that are relevant to lifelong learning and education with an emphasis on current trends in adult education in our country and abroad. The starting point is to read mainly professional publications and research findings in the field of adult education that affect the change of professional discourse at the international and national level.

Oral exam

Participation in lectures, demonstration of knowledge, understanding and application of lessons learned-skills test.
