Course content
200 hours of internship is carried out in one of the partner organizations of the department of psychology. Alternatively, student brings information about an organization of one own´s choice and to a content of planned internship to the course guarantor approval. Student participates in activities of partnership organization in full length of internship. Along to performed activities, the student focuses on a scope for advanced non-technical innovations (based on research design), which would bring increasing of the effectiveness of performed activities in the organization as well as a positive psychological impact on individuals, groups, teams or organization as the whole unit. Student, who participates in above-mentioned areas, performs dominantly activities included in work and organizational psychology or traffic psychology following on his dissertation research design.

Learning outcomes
The main goal is to provide first-hand experience with a) tasks of work and organizational, traffic psychology, b) with technical and non-technical innovations and c) with membership in multidisciplinary teams or workgroups. The impact is laid on the direct participation of students in activities of employees at partnership organization with the goal to identify a scope for non-technical improvement in the field of work and organizational psychology and traffic psychology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

The outcome of the internship is a final report, which consists of a suggestion at least one non-technical innovation. There are elaborated descriptions of innovation and a suggestion of research design leading to innovation. As a supplement of project final report will be an evaluation by a responsible person from an organization where internship was done.
