Course content
1) Bullying in the workplace (factors, prevalence, consequences, prevention, intervention). Contemporary research of mobbing and it's psychological impact among employees in the Czech Republic. (prof. PhDr. Panajotis Cakirpaloglu, Dr.Sc.) 2) Social interaction and it's changes in cyberspace. Current research, psychological impacts, prevention and intervention within clinical and educational psychology. (PhDr. Jan Šmahaj, PhD.) Term: 22.02.2023; 9:00h - 13:00h. classroom: 213

Learning outcomes
Obtaining advanced knowledge of the social and psychological aspects of personality. Emphasis is placed on the quality of the student orientation in the following areas: major theoretical perspectives on personality, socialization of the personality dispositions, personality disorders, an individual and groups in cyberspace.
The student is able to understand the basic interpretation of personality from the current psychological theories point of view. Students will acquire knowledge about socialization of personality forces of subjective experience and behavior Students are able to describe, explain and distinguish the individual personality disorders and to critically evaluate the connotative and substantial differences betweeen such nosological category and so-called psychopathy i.e. sociopathy.

Completed studies of psychology - Master degree PhD studies student in the field of clinical and educational psychology
