Course content
Anamnesis and physical examination. Generalised examination, examination of the head and the neck. Examination of the chest and the respiratory system /anamnesis, physical and instrumental the examination/. Examination of the heart and the vascular system /anamnesis, physical and instrumental the examination/. Examination of the abdomen and the digestive system /anamnesis, physical and instrumental the examination/. Examination of the liver, the gallbladder and the pancreas /anamnesis, physical and instrumental the examination/. Examination of the urinary system /anamnesis, physical and instrumental the examination/. Examination of the haematology. Transfusiology. Examination of the diabetology.

Learning outcomes
Definition of subject like methodist access to study of clinicals branches knowledge of principle of methodology recognize sicks states-observation and describe. Obtaining basics practise skill in diagnostic and therapeutical activity. Basics knowledge of comunication with clients and sicks, make anamnesis and physical investigation.
The students will be able to take the past and present history and to carry out deferential diagnostic considerations in patients with internal diseases.
