Course content
1st Basic properties of materials for optoelectronic devices -Optical materials for optoelectronics: infrared region of the spectrum, UV and VIS spectral region -Preparation of layered systems for optoelectronics -Photosensitive materials 2nd Application materials in optoelectronic devices -Constructive materials of optoelectronic components -Cryogenic systems -Materials for construction of optoelectronic systems -Materials for electronic parts of systems 3rd Materials for nanostructures and multilayers systems - physical requirements for materials - basic materials

Basic materials for optoelectronics, their properties and usage
Knowledge Define the main ideas and conceptions of the subject, describe the main approaches of the studied topics, recall the theoretical knowledge for solution of model problems.
