Thematic units: - improvement of fall technique - techniques of strikes, kicks, covers, throws, holding, throttling, leeches - attacks on sensitive and vital places - rescue from the grasp and embrace of the enemy - women's self-defence - defence on the ground - defence of people with special needs (wheelchair users, blind people, etc.) - psychic coping with challenging situations and overcoming fear

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is teaching the student, rescuer to learn a sequence of actions helping him to be able to prevent the attacker from causing possible bodily injury or other serious damage to him, colleagues or patients on the site of a rescue operation. The student will learn to perform the self-defence actively (shouts, punches, kicks, etc.), he will be able to repel the offender's initial attack and if necessary, pacify the attacker in order to protect his own health, the health of other people and property. At the same time he will learn how to manage and react to difficult mental situations in the event of aggression.
- ability to deal with the most common types of attacks and street attacks (aggressive push, slap, grip on clothes, assault strikes, attempts to tear down the floor, attack objects, etc.). - ability to protect others (colleagues, patients)) - to behave and respond to the attack adequately and defeat an attacker's attempt effectively - the ability to recognize the intention of the attacker and not to contact the attacker - to learn the principles of verbal resolution of conflicts and their calming - the ability to cope with a conflict situation and overcome own fears

Adequate medical condition enabling increase in physical performance, physical and mental fitness.

Passing the motor tests. 100% participation in the exercise.
