Course content
The course deals with an overview of the theory of selected separation method such as the extraction (headspace, L-L, SPE, SFE) and chromatography (GC, LC, HPLC, TLC) in a combination with mass spectrometry (MS). Students will apprise especially of practical problems and possibilities of mentioned separation techniques. The course will include a thoroughl demonstration of laboratory instrumentation (preparative LC, HPLC, UHPLC-MS).

The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge of students in the field of separation methods needed for a routine of organic chemist.
