The seminar is designed to gain practical experience in synthetic procedures used in more complex organic molecules. Students will learn how to deal with the preparation of complex organic substances, mainly of pharmaceutical drugs. Emphasis will be placed on the practical feasibility of the discussed procedures with regard to safety at work and achievement the highest possible yields while maintaining the lowest cost of innitial compounds.
