Basic principles of NMR (core spin magnetic moment) Spectral parameters (the number and intensity of signals, chemical shift) The structure and spectra (equivalence, symmetry, chirality) 1D NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 19F, 31P) Multidimensional NMR spectroscopy (homonuclear 2D experiments, heteronuclear 2D experiments)
