The Dutch Department offers in close co-opereation with the Dutch foundation Stichting Stedenband Veenendaal - Olomouc the practical work placements for students in two Dutch organisations. One of these is Patrimonium Woonstichting Veenendaal (The Patrimonium Social Living Building Corporation Veenendaal). The work placements are financed and carried out within the framework of the LLP/Erasmus programme. Representatives of the above-mentioned foundation are members of the selection committee. During the selection procedure the motivation of the applicants, their work experience, study results and the Dutch language skills (minimal level B1 - CEFR) are being taken into account. The chosen candidates work three months during the summer holidays in all the departments of this organisation. They receive a certificate from the organisation after finishing the work placement activities successfully and they are obliged to hand in a report in Dutch (minimum 5 pages) concerning the work placement to the co-ordinator at the Dutch Department.
