Course content
The first four weeks will be devoted to the themes: - Books and websites about Dutch Studies - How to write correctly a bachelor thesis? - Plagiarism and quotations - How do I search for literature and how do I correctly describe it? The following weeks will be devoted to short texts posted in Moodle, with questions, forming the homework. The texts are discussed in class with the secondary aim of increasing the students' vocabulary.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course Diplomový modul 2 is that students learn to choose a theme for their bachelor's thesis in a responsible way. During the lectures attention is paid to the most important textbooks and websites that are important as sources. Students are made aware of the norms for writing a thesis, what plagiarism is and how it can be avoided. Through assignments, students learn how to find, correctly describe and excerpt literature.
Thanks to this course, the students learn how to find, excerpt and use sources. The entry level of the course is CEFR A2, during the course the level of the texts gradually becomes more demanding, up to CEFR B1-B2. Prerequisites
Conditions for taking part in the Diplomový modul 2 course are: - Having successfully completed Diplomový modul 1; - Regular presence in the lessons (max. 2 absences per semester are allowed); - Completion of the homework tasks (these will be put in moodle); - Completion of the final task (summarising a text and answering questions about the text - these will also be placed in moodle)
