Course content
This course deals with the basic terminology concerning Dutch phraseology. Special attention is being paid to rehearsing a number of multi-word lexical units and idioms, as wel the possibilities of exploiting different types of Dutch dictionaries and corpora.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course consisting of a lecture and a seminar is to introduce the students to the contemporary Dutch lexicology and phraseology. In the summer semester, the focus is mainly on different types of the multi-word lexical units and phrases.

Prerequisites
Dutch language competences on the minimal B1 - CEFR level are required.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Student performance

Carrying out homework tasks and other assignments systematically, being active during the seminars, passing the final written test minimally with 60 % result.
